You will also ensure they will receive the best experience in dealing with their queries.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Manage phone calls (inbound and outbound).
• Verify customer account information.
• Assist customers with their orders, refunds or exchanges.
• Provide best in class experience to customers to promote retention.

Qualifications/Skills:
• At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role.
• Good English communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexible on work schedules.

Job Vacancy: HR Assistant

Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Maintain records.
• Administer medical insurance by advising employees of eligibility; providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; and notifying employees of approval.
• Monitor unemployment claims by reviewing claims; substantiating documentation; requesting legal counsel review.
• Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signature for benefit programs.
• Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; and reading professional publications.
• Accomplish human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Update employee records on/contributions to SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other compensation and benefit tasks.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
• 1 year experience in any HR related field
• At least 1 year experience in compensation & benefits
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Keen attention to details
• Great at multi-tasking
