To ensure better service for all clients, the Office of the College Registrar operates six (6) days a week. The schedule of operations is as follows:
Mondays to Fridays 07:30AM – 08:00PM
Saturdays 08:00AM – 04:00PM
Communications
The Office of the College Registrar uses different forms of communication to serve its clients.
Maximizing the School Information Technology resources
- The Office of the College Registrar uses the official school website for general announcements.
- The Office of the College Registrar uses email announcements for both students and their parents/guardians via the following addresses:
- apc-students@apc.edu.ph
- apc-parents@apc.edu.ph
Students are automatically provided with an APC account upon enrollment. Parents who submitted their email addresses or accounts are also automatically subscribed to the parents’ email group. Parents are therefore encouraged to have email accounts.
Postal Mailing Services
The Office of the College Registrar uses traditional methods of mailing information to parents of students regarding the following:
o The Midterm and Final Grades
o General Announcements and schedules
Phone calls
The Office of the College Registrar directly calls its clients to provide immediate information that they may require.
Posters
The Office of the College Registrar employs the usage of posters and general announcement postings on bulletin boards as parallel communication methods.
