APPLICATION PROCEDURE

 

STEP 1

Applicants must submit copies of documents to the Admissions Office for evaluation. Copies of documents should be submitted rather than the originals because APC cannot guarantee its return. If the documents are in a language other than English/Filipino, notarized Englishy translations must be included.

STEP 2

Qualified applicants may secure an Application Form at the Admissions Office. For freshmen walk-in applicants (local and permanent residents only), the application fee is waived - as of the moment (for school on-site testing, fee of PHP 100.00 will be charged for private high school student and PHP 50.00 for public high school student). For foreign and local transferring students, the fee is PHP 500.00. This fee is non-refundable and may be paid in cash or credit card.

STEP 3

Submit accomplished form attached with 2 pieces of identical colored photos and necessary academic documents to the Admissions Counselor for scheduling of the Asia Pacific College Admissions Test (APCAT).

STEP 4

Some applicants may be called for an interview after taking the APCAT.



FOR SECONDARY SENIOR STUDENTS


Applicants for the coming schoolyear starts in October. Senior students must submit a copy of the latest 4th year Report Card.

For Secondary School Graduates

Secondary school graduates must submit the following documents:

  • From local schools:
    A photocopy of 4th year High School Report Card, Photocopy of Birth Certificate, and Photocopy of Passport (if available).

  • From international / foreign schools:
    Official Secondary School Transcript
 
FOR TRANSFEREES


Transferees must submit a photocopy of the latest Transcript of Records or certified true copy of grades. Copies of course descriptions or outlines must also be submitted for transfer credit assessment. Please note that the documents are not kept once a credit or admission decision is made. Students are encouraged to have a copy for their personal records.

For grade requirements, applicants must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 80% and above or its equivalent. In case of failing grade/s, APC allows only an average of two (2) failures in any subject (including P.E. and ROTC) per semester/trimester; the maximum is six (6) failures. In addition, applicants should have no record of disciplinary case from the previous school.
