The Office of the College Registrar is an academic service unit that has a primary responsibility of providing effective and efficient delivery of services in terms of student records. It administers diverse student services such as enrollment, monitoring, recording and issuing of student records, graduation and other associated services.
The Office of the College Registrar for its service orientation, values quality, efficiency and compassion that it provides to all internal and external clients. The Office is committed to the preservation of the integrity, reliability, credibility and confidentiality of records and services.
The Office of the College Registrar is also dedicated to providing pertinent data and information to academic and non-academic institutions, both local and foreign.
To ensure better service for all clients, the Office of the College Registrar operates six (6) days a week. The schedule of operations are as follows:
Mondays to Fridays 07:30AM – 08:00PM
Saturdays 08:00AM – 04:00PM
The Office of the College Registrar is located at the 4th floor of the APC building at Humabon Place, Magallanes, Makati City.
